Marginally functional
This app may be ok if you are creating or editing very simplistic GPX files. The first time I opened the app I had to force quit (spinning beach ball of death). Upon the 2nd opening I did manage to open one of my smaller GPX files with a number of trails (after watching the beach ball for over a minute) but zooming, panning and selecting trails frequently locks while the beach ball spins making the app unusable. It’s a bit shocking how slow and frustrating the app is to attempt to use running on a top of the line (2015) iMac Rentia i7. If you are considering this app be aware that you will likely need to restrict use to very small single trail GPX files.
Also found that I was unable to select trails in order to attempt to export a single trail. Selecting trails segments in the list boxes doesn’t position the view window either so if the performance wasn’t a show-stopper the UI functionatility may be an issue as well.
Hopefully the app developer will work on the peformance issues. Meanwhile I’ll have to search elsewhere to edit GPX files.
